French speaking B2B Team Leader - up to £28,000 pa - great opportunity to join a very well established and highly successful export company specialising in the luxury goods sector

 

SALARY:  Up to £28,000 pa

COMPANY AND BACKGROUND 
Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the most recognised and prestigious brands in the luxury goods sector.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual with a background as an account manager to manage and nurture a well established international team of 5 French speaking Customer Service Coordinators.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Leading the daily operations of the customer service team
    • Planning, prioritising and delegating work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department (placing orders/phone cover etc)
    • Handling complex and escalated customer service issues
    • Develop and build trustworthy relationships with key accounts and sales representatives
    • Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
    • Evaluating and performance managing staff
    • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
    • Assisting with Staff recruitment
    • Supporting Sales teams and Sales management to contribute to sales growth and target

 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent French and English is essential
  • Previous office based experience in customer service as a TEAM LEADER or ACCOUNT MANAGER is essential
  • Be both customer focused and sales driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Planning, organisational and supervisory or team leading skills
  • Initiative and flexibility
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

 

SALARY 

  • Up to £28,000 pa + benefits. Working hours 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
