French or German speaking Client Account Manager - CRM / Loyalty marketing

SALARY

THE JOB
Working as part of the Client Success team, your role will typically cover the following responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact for French or German speaking clients, ensuring smooth roll-out and management of projects
- Develop reporting briefs for the data analyst team
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Working closely with the Project Management Team to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Give regular training sessions to clients to ensure that they benefit from optimal usage
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry and best practices
CANDIDATE SKILLS & BACKGROUND
- Fluency in French or German
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or in Client Services
- Previous experience with CRM systems is essential
- Experience of loyalty marketing is an advantage
- Experience of managing clients and internal teams
- Ability to travel with Europe and UK
Salary is up to £40,000 pa plus benefits including:
