COMPANY AND BACKGROUND

Our client is a world leading exporter of some of most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To join their international export team, they wish to recruit a fluent French (and ideally Spanish) speaking Export Customer Service Executive.

Your role will be to offer full support to business export customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Offer full support (telephone and email) to French speaking export clients in France and Switzerland
  • Providing back up support for Spanish speaking clients
  • Placing customer orders for products
  • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Liaising with courier and freight companies
  • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for
  • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent French is essential. A knowledge of Spanish would be a strong advantage
  • Previous telephone / email based business customer service experience
  • An excellent administrator
  • Clear and methodical in their approach
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
