EMEA Export Order Administrator - excellent opportunity to join a world leading and very well established global IT company
 
SALARY
£19,000 - £20,000 + discretionary company bonus (can be 10-20%) + excellent benefits
 
 
LOCATION
South West London area - approximately 35 minutes from Clapham Junction

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To work as part of their export shipping & logistics department of their European sales markets, they wish to recruit an Export Order Administrator. You role will be to monitor and process European customer orders and will cover the following responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure electronic orders from customers are processed properly and in a timely manner
  • Identify any problems and take immediate action to minimise delays in the processing of these orders
  • Co-ordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Planning departments and certain customers directly, to resolve any problems and make changes to orders
  • Create new customer accounts and update address/account information as required. Handle all the shipment discrepancies once the order has been processed through shipping
  • Using internal database to create import clearance instruction
  • Checking Export shipment documents to update all the information in system and ensure all the documents have been received back from courier. Scanning all export documents and update the information
  • Run various reports and provide an analysis of the daily order performance for management review
  • Check end of day report for order discrepancies and resolve any issues in order to close each day
  • Co-ordinate with other sites for international drop shipments
 
 
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
 
  • Fluent English is essential. Fluency in any European language (especially French, German, Italian or Spanish)is an advantage but not essential
  • Ideally educated to A level standard (or equivalent)
  • Administration experience gained within a similar type of role e.g. Sales Administration, Order Processing, Import/Export administration
  • Highly computer literate, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Must be comfortable working in a team-based environment
  • Be able to perform multiple tasks whilst paying attention to detail
  • Be able to identify problems quickly
  • Show initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 
 
SALARY
£19,000 - £20,000 + discretionary company bonus (can be 10-20% of salary) + excellent benefits including:
