Our client is successful eCommerce company with a large range of consumer good and brands that are recognised and sold across the world

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To work as part of their international customer support team, they wish to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Specialist Advisor. Supporting customers by email, live chat or through social media, as well as assisting with content translation, your role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure Dutch speaking customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
  • Ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
  • Ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
  • Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • Handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email, Live Chat
  • To handle high-level customer escalations


CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (face to face or in a contact centre)
  • Good PC & typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible to work shifts

WORK HOURS
The company office is open 24/7, 365 days a year, Monday-Sunday, from 06:00am - 12:00am. It is necessary to work a 37.5 hour week on a shift rota of 5 days per week (1 weekend in 3 you must work at the office). Work hours are flexible, either 6am- , or 09:00am-17:30h or 13:00h-21:30h
