Customer Care Coordinator. Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a world leading translation company and develop key client relationships across the world.



COMPANY AND BACKGROUND

Our client is an international and very successful translation company.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To join the international translation department, they wish to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator. Your role as Customer Care Coordinator is to improve the service and experience received by customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Recording customer orders and enquiries and communication to the correct internal team
  • Correspondence with client (written and spoken) surrounding orders
  • Providing price quotations for customers
  • Supporting the Head of Customer Care
  • Resolving feedback issues and recording complaints with root cause analysis of complaints

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent English is essential. Fluency also in French or German is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience in Customer Care role
  • Good self-organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills

SALARY
£23,000 + benefits ( Private Healthcare Pension and life assurance scheme)
