The Recruitment Process
Once you have sent your CV to us and we think we can help you find a suitable multilingual job opportunity, you will be allocated a dedicated, experienced Consultant who will make an appointment for you to meet them for a registration interview.
During the interview, your Consultant will talk to you about your work experiences, your education and your strengths, as well as finding out more about your career aspirations and motivations. We will also assess your language skills if appropriate.
Your Consultant will then be able to guide you through the job hunting process, and will offer advice on interview technique and CVs (if required) as well as thoroughly briefing you before each job interview.
We will always provide you with valuable interview feedback at each stage of the recruitment process and if you accept an offer, we will keep in regular contact with you until you start your new job.
If you do not get offered a particular position or decide to keep on looking, then we will always inform you of any new language job opportunities as soon as they become available.
